How Apple Podcasts fits in
Apple Podcasts can follow a podcast by URL (RSS). On desktop, PigeonPod can show an Apple Podcasts QR code after you add a channel, so you can usually subscribe from your phone without manually copying the RSS URL.

Desktop subscription is now faster
