Choose the channel that best matches the urgency and context of your question. Email is best for account-specific requests; X and Telegram work better for lightweight public follow-up.
General support
For account help, feed issues, playback problems, subscription behavior, or product questions, email [email protected]. Include your account email, the affected feed or page URL, and a short description of what happened.
Billing, refunds, and plan questions
For plan changes, billing confusion, or refund-related requests, start with the official support email and include the email address tied to your PigeonPod account. If the issue is specifically about refund eligibility, you can also review the Refund Policy before writing in.
Privacy and legal requests
If your request involves data access, deletion, privacy concerns, copyright, or other legal matters, please say that clearly in the subject line so it can be routed correctly. The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Copyright Policy explain the main processing boundaries before escalation is needed.
Public channels and self-serve resources
For release follow-up, product visibility, or lightweight questions, you can also use our public channels such as X, Telegram, GitHub, the changelog, the docs, and the status page. These are best for public updates and context, not for sensitive account details.
